Party Information

Minimum Requirements

For group parties, we require a minimum of 6 guests to ensure a full and enjoyable experience for everyone. Each session is tailored to the group, and the pricing adjusts depending on the number of attendees.
For one-on-one sessions, there is no group minimum. You can book a private class designed just for you!
For all events, the space must be large enough to accommodate our setup, which typically requires room for two 6-foot rectangular tables and three 4-foot rectangular tables (about 200–300 square feet).

Venue Options

Host at your own venue/workspace OR book the Houston in-home cake studio for $250 (includes all setup, cleanup, and exclusive access to professionally styled space).

Price: $400-$500 per session (2-3 hours)

Includes premium ingredients and branded backdrop for your cake's reveal.
In-home Cake Studio provided. (Houston)

Option to book Multi-Session Packages for aspiring bakers or enthusiasts.

You can also make requests.

Booking

To secure your booking, we kindly request a 50% non-refundable deposit per person at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 2-weeks prior to your set party date, You may use a debit or credit card to make the payment. As an alternative payment option, we also offer a 4-interest free payment plan with AfterPay or Affirm. If you prefer, we can send payment links to each of your guests, or you may opt to make a single payment for the entire group.

Late Arrival Policy

Events begin promptly at the scheduled time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will not receive additional time or individual “catch-up” sessions.
We do allow a 15-minute grace period, but beyond that, there will be a charge of $25.00 for every 15-minute party overage. We hope you understand the importance of timely arrival and thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Private Party Cancellations

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your event within 7 days of booking to receive a full refund of your deposit.
After 7 Days: Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied as a credit toward a future event within 90 days, subject to availability.

Rescheduling Policy

Reschedule Notice: If you need to reschedule your event, please provide at least 14 days’ notice. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date.
Less Than 14 Days’ Notice: A $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

Guest Cancellations

Individual Guests: If individual guests cancel their participation, their payments are non-refundable. However, their spot can be transferred to another person.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive on time or fail to attend the event will not receive a refund.

Event Cancellations by B’liciously Sweet

In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your payment or the option to reschedule.
